Privacy policy

LeadPantry, Inc. operates a United States–only lead marketplace. We collect account data, wallet and payout records, campaign settings, chat on active campaigns, and lead records submitted by experts or public forms so we can match, verify, bill, and deliver exclusive leads.

What we collect

Identifiers (name, email, phone, company), commercial information (wallet deposits, lead prices, disputes), internet activity (IP, user agent, form URL on consent), and professional information on offers and requests. TCPA consent metadata is stored on each lead: timestamp, language, policy URL, IP, source URL, user agent, form id.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace, debit wallets on approved leads, pay experts net of the platform cut, run exclusivity, suppress DNC lists, and deliver leads to the internal CRM and to HubSpot or Salesforce when a business connects those destinations. We do not sell personal information.

California (CCPA)

California residents may request access, correction, or deletion from the lead record (export / delete / opt-out) or by emailing the operator address configured in Super Admin → Credentials. We honor deletion except where we must retain billing or consent evidence.
