TCPA & consent

Every public form requires express consent to be contacted about the request. Marketing opt-in is a separate checkbox. We store consent captured, timestamp, language, policy URL, IP address, source URL, user agent, and form id on the lead. Buyers can download that pack from the lead record.

Experts may only ingest leads with documented US consent. Businesses may only contact leads consistent with that consent. DNC / suppression lists block matching phone or email before billing. Opt-out and deletion are available on the lead record.

LeadPantry does not place outbound sales calls on behalf of buyers. Phone numbers must be US NANP (10 digits or 11 starting with 1). Non-US countries are rejected at ingest.
